Shipping & Delivery 
SOUTH AFRICA

We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders over R150 to any address in South Africa

Orders below R150 have a flat rate of R80 for delivery to any address in South Africa.

All South African orders are shipped using Fastaway couriers. This is a registered freight service, where you are able to track your order online. You will be required to sign for delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm. Please note that we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Delivery usually takes between 2-6 working days for items in stock that are shipped immediately. or in the case of EFT payments once the funds are cleared. Delivery time is also dependent on your location. Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

Please ensure that someone trustworthy is available at your shipping address to receive the parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are delivered.

Shipping rates to global addresses depend on your location. Once a shipping address is entered in as checkout, the rate is calculated. (please contact info@got2get.co.za for info and pricing to your country.)

As a general rule, International Standard delivery takes 1-3 weeks, or in certain instances, up to 5 weeks. Please feel free to drop us a message if you have any queries regarding international delivery. We utilise a registered freight service, where you are able to track your order online.

Shipping rates may not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise:. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details. Please note that we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us or delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s)., which must be paid in advance of shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage/loss which occurs during transit.
